Midtown Centre – 6-Star Green Star Rating

AsheMorgan, together with its development partner DMANN Corporation, is pleased to announce that Midtown Centre, Brisbane has been awarded a 6-Star Green Star Rating by the Green Building Council of Australia. This represents ‘World Leadership’ in environmentally sustainable building practices.

This rating adds to the recent 2022 Urban Development Institute of Australia (“UDIA”) Queensland Awards for Excellence won by Midtown Centre for the two categories ‘Urban Renewal’ and ‘Retail and Commercial’.
