Crossroads was an outstanding investment providing robust and resilient income returns through the pandemic to our investors and provided the opportunity to work with many of the nations leading large format retailers (LFR), as we took Crossroads to the 5th largest LFR Centre in Australia. The recent sale was the 2nd largest LFR transaction on record in Australia.
