Midtown Centre – 2022 The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence

AsheMorgan, along with our development partner DMANN Corporation, is honoured to be nominated as a finalist in 4 categories for the 2022 Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence:

Midtown Centre has set the benchmark in architecture, sustainability and innovative design and construction by merging two existing office towers, integrating the heritage building addressing Charlotte Street in a sensitive manner, emphasising the original heritage brickwork and building blueprint delivering ~45,000sqm of A-Grade office accommodation to the Brisbane market.

The methodology saved an estimated 11,000 tonnes of carbon emissions compared with demolishing the existing buildings - equivalent to running the building fully occupied, carbon-neutral for four years.

Winners will be announced at The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence Gala Night which will be held at The Star, Gold Coast on Thursday 4 August 2022.
