AsheMorgan Acquires Three Blocks of Classic Oxford Street, Darlinghurst
A prominent collection of character buildings within a renowned urban village, closely connected to Sydney’s CBD. Our vision is for a place that is not overdeveloped, but retains its human scale, pays homage to the past and stands the test of time.
The Darlinghurst Collection is located at the Hyde Park end of Oxford Street linking the Sydney CBD with the eastern suburbs. It comprises one whole block and two part blocks, all on the northern side of the street providing substantial frontage and refurbishment potential.
AsheMorgan will embark on a rejuvenation program for the strip, with the aim of activating more than 12,000 square metres of floor space.
The refurbished product is anticipated to be highly sought after given increasing tenant demand for quality, heritage refurbished office space with large floor plates in Sydney.
