2022 The Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence

AsheMorgan, along with our development partner DMANN Corporation, is honoured to receive two awards for Midtown Centre at the 2022 Urban Developer Awards for Industry Excellence.

Midtown Centre received awards for:

1. Excellence in Sustainability
2. Excellence in Design Innovation

The awards are further recognition of the benchmark that Midtown Centre has set in architecture, sustainability and innovative design and construction.  The project retained the embodied carbon savings of 50,000 tonnes of concrete and 3,600 tonnes of steel in the existing structure, which materalised into a certified 11,000 tonnes of carbon emissions savings in Brisbane’s newest A-Grade building.

We would like to thank all our development partners and our consultants for their hard work and initiative in ensuring the success of Midtown Centre.
